Application of Induction sealing wads
Different induction sealing wads are used for different plastic containers.
*LDPE & HDPE Bottles—LDPE film
*PET Bottles—Heat Sealable PET film
The Pressure is provided by the Cardboard & Cap which further acts as a seal after opening the Alu Foil. The wax layer prevents the Cardboard from burning & melts during the process. Different combinations of wads are available for different Bottles & Products.
